> Department work organization: planing and setting of goals, performance control, motivation, negotiations with other departments. Overall, about 50 specialists;
> Integration Saint-Petersburg network into Holding Infrastructure;
> Participation in different Holding projects in b2c, b2b, b2o, b2g segments of business.
> Reducing of Customers issues, working on improvement of UX;
>Task-tracking in dedicated JIRA project, documentation in Confluence

Senior Network Engineer
> Core and distribution hardware configuring:
- Alcatel-Lucent SR (as BRAS);
- Huawei S93/63 switches (MLS); NE40 (as Border) & ME60 routers;
- Cisco ASA firewall;
- Cisco ASR – (PPTP server);
- ZTE ZXR10 -series swithces
- D-Link DGS etc.
Routing, switching – common for ISP protocols and solutions.
> Soft Switch maintenance:
- RTU Softswitch (“Mera”, Russia (4,5 classes): dial-plans, routes, CDR, dumps;
- VPBX based on RTU;
- Asterisk (int telephony: installing, maintenance);
- Organization links between Service Providers using SS7, PRI, SIP-trunks;
- Calls routing, economic calculations for a calls routing matrix.
> Troubleshooting; Preventive searching for weaknesses; preconf and installation of hardware;
> Monitoring Systems maintenance: cacti (including perl & bash scripts to gather data for equipment through SNMP), nagios, smokeping;
